MSPI Ladies...Chipotle?

It's our anniversary tomorrow and it'll be our first date night since DD2.  I'm trying to figure out a place to go.  I'm avoiding a lot more than dairy and soy and I've heard good things about Chipotle.  I've never been.  According to the website, the only allergen food is dairy, soy, and wheat/gluten.   I'm looking at the carnitas over lettuce as dinner.  I'm confused about the disclaimer on the bottom of the menu allergen info: "The only soy-derived ingredient is highly refined soybean oil, excluded as a major food allergen." There's no check mark by the carnitas (there's a checkmark by the other meats), so I'm assuming there's no soybean oil in it at all?  Here's a link to the allergen info:
