How long do you go without cleaning parts?

So far, I've been very diligent in cleaning (or even just rinsing) my parts after a pump session. I know I can reuse the parts if they haven't been washed for a few hours but I'm not so sure what is the ideal time frame. Most websites give different answers. And I'm going back to work next week, so most likely I will be sticking the parts in the fridge.

But I always want to rinse them while at home.

How often do you wash them?
