Sick and now so is baby :(

Yesterday, I woke with a sore throat. I didn't even think twice about it. Then today, I woke with both a sore throat and stuffy nose. Poor little one went to nurse for her first feeding and is so stuffed up!! She then pulls off to cough. I feel bad, I made her sick too

Any advice?
