DD really eats the best when I nurse her to sleep. If I try to feed her when she's awake, I either have to walk around and distract her while she waits for my letdown. If I just sit with her, she takes a suck or two, pops off, latches again, pops off, and repeat. Sometimes, once she starts getting milk, she will stay latched but turn her face into my body and cry. Is this frustration? Medical? I think she has some kind of food intolerance because of blood in her diapers, so I'm second guessing everything. If she nurses to sleep, she will eat for 15 minutes and get a couple letdowns. How can I get a successful feeding without swaddling her or walking around?
