New & Confused :(

Hi everyone! I am new to the board. My name is Virginia and my son is 8 weeks old. We have had quite the breastfeeding experience I had an oversupply and my little one would choke to the point of terrifying both me 7 my Husband. I worked with a lactation consultant to get things under control and with the help of block feeding we managed to get things under control ...

 But now my Son was diagnosed with Torticollis so breastfeeding is more of a challenge because it hurts his neck.He is going to physical therapy starting tomorrow.So I am going to start pumping and alternating that with nursing. I have NO CLUE when to pump and alternate that with nursing. I am not working so timing does not matter , any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you
