clogged ducts -- SOOO frustrated!

I have had a clogged duct that I can't find or get out of lefty for 3 days now.  Yesterday I also got a milk blister.  Last night LO, who usually nurses, and empties, both sides, passed out after nursing on lefty and I was tired so went back to sleep without pumping righty. Well I woke up this morning SUPER engorged on the right.  I pumped out about an ounce and then fed LO and now I have clogged ducts in BOTH! This is so frustrating and painful, and I am pumping barely anything for my stash (went from about 2 ounces to 1) :-( Sorry for the rant but I am sooo tired of these clogged ducts! I can't figure out why I keep getting them!
