Daycare feeding and nighttime breastfeeding

Hi Ladies. I went back to work yesterday and it was DS's first day at daycare. At DC he had 4 bottles yesterday and 3 bottles today.  Both days he was very fussy at the breast after I picked him up.  He acted hungry, as if I wasn't producing enough.  I don't think that is the case since I consistently pump about 3 oz from both breasts throughout the day and at night. He would latch, but not for long.

Is this nipple confusion?  In the morning he nurses fine.  He just gets this way for his feeding when we get home and his feeding before bed. 

Any suggestions?
