I desperately want to get back into the gym...and believe me, I never thought I would feel this way! I work Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30 (soon to be 8-4:30). DH stays home with DS during the day because he's working from home. I want to try and go to the gym in the morning before work, but I think DH gets overwhelmed watching him for so long sometimes, and I feel slightly guilty spending even more time away.
When do you find time to work out, and what time works for you?
