Mastitis or its treatment killed my supply :(

I finally found relief from the fever/chills/insanely full and painful breasts and now my supply is cut in half.. I dont make enough for my twins right now. Also they're preemies so Im EP. Can I build up supply again???

Edited to add ntaht Im on clindamycin.. does that matter?
