Almost 3 year milestones?

I read a lot, and according to all of my literature my DS is on track, but per his daycare he is delayed. They do these "assessments" and measure him against others in his age bracket (he will be 3 in January). He got a score that was below their cut off of 76 (he scored 74.5). I have had him in speech therapy and they dropped him because he no longer has enough of a delay to stay in the program. He can sing his ABC's and count to 15 in English and Spanish. he does have some problems with his L, TH, R, and QU sounds but he says most words well enough that strangers could understand. he cant dress himself, mostly because he is stubborn, he can undress himself when he wants. I know that every child develops at their own pace, but that assessment really hurt my parenting pride. I just want to know what all of your children are/ aren't doing at my DS's age or when they were almost 3.
