Question for mommas who have michigan medicaid...

My first Dr. appt is tomorrow and I applied over 2 weeks ago. My caseworker said last thursday that she would process everything and call back, but no call. My Dr's office said that medicaid becomes active on the 1st of each month, but I haven't recieved anything and I don't want to reschedule just to wait another 3 weeks. Anyone else have this issue and figure out what to do? Thanks ladies!
