Sleep positioner

We have put dd in a sleep positioner on her side from day 2, as recommended by the pedi. Well this morning when I got her up she had squirmed down and her face was close to the wedge. Too close for comfort. Does anyone else use a positioner and have this problem? Or can you suggest a different one?
