How do you hold your LO? Do you still hold your boob with the "C" hand?

I feel like I see ads for the Boppy and other pictures of women BFing and they aren't holding their boob, but if I let go DS drops it out of his mouth. Or if he does keep it in I feel his latch slipping a little. Are my knockers just that huge that the kid can't keep them in his mouth?
