If your LO goes to bed at 9:30pm or later around what time is the last nap that your LO usually takes? We start DS's bedtime routine around 9:15pm and he is usually in bed sometime between 9:30-10pm depending on if it is bath night. DS will usually fall asleep sometime around 7pm and I sometimes end up waking him around 8pm because I don't want him to sleep too long. Is that okay?
