Ready for this child to roll over...

And it's not happening, he's like a turtle stuck on his back this kid.  And forget tummy time, he isn't having any of that noise. Even when I try to help him roll over all it does it ticks him off.

He'll be 3 months in a week, isn't he supposed to be doing this already?
