Sharp pain on my left side ......

I have my first ultrasound today so I will talk to my Dr. about it then however I just wanted to know what you lady?s think. For I would say that past week it has been uncomfortable for me to lay on my left side to sleep. Then a few days ago I started having on and off sharp pain on my left side of my abdomen and then starting yesterday I have that same sharp pain on my left side when I urinate. I did google it and of course ectopic pregnancy came up and now I?m really freaking myself out. What do you lady?s think????
