Is baby chillin' on the right side?

Whenever I'm lying in bed & I cough or sneeze, it sends a sharp pain on my right side. Any cramping I get as always been on the right side. Does this mean that's where the baby is? If it was an ectopic pregnancy, I would know by now, right? My first ultrasound isn't till next Wednesday.
