Having an irrational fear moment

So I posted yesterday how I need new bigger clothes, well today I'm finally feeling better got all ready to head out.... But now I'm wondering if I shoukd wait till after my ultrasound next week to make sure everything is okay. I'm sitting here debating whether to go shopping now or next week. Ughhhhhh
