TMI--running to the bathroom

...but not to puke.  I still have extreme nausea, but I'm not puking, just diarrhea.  Does anyone have any ideas for how to fix this?  The MW I saw last week (we rotate through 4 of them) was like, gee, that sucks.  She thought that the B6 would help, but it's not.  Any ideas ladies?  I had to stay home from work today because I couldn't handle this and a migraine and a classroom.
