Scared....

I just got out of my doctors office and I am scared about the possibilities. I have been spotting since last week, but hcg levels were going up. This morning I woke up to bright red blood and way more than there has been. I called my doctor right away. They got me in and he cannot find baby, sac, nothing and he believes he should by now because of hcg levels from last week. There is a small chance this is just "one of those things" but he says he feels like it will end in MC...I won't know until tomorrow about blood work...waiting is killing me....
