Misplaced or dislodged IUD?

I was wondering if anyone is pregnant as a result of their IUD becoming dislodged? Mine was dislodged and then fell out but I was unaware that the funny feeling I felt was the dislodged IUD, and was not as cautious as I should have been and now I worry I am pregnant. On top of that, I have only had one period since having my 5 month old DD, and it has been 50 days since that period. When can I/ should I test to see if I am indeed pregnant?
