Starved but no appetite. Anyone Else?

For several weeks now, I've been constantly feeling hungry but feeling at the same time that I have no appetite. I will get big hunger pains but then the thought of food will turn my stomach. And then I can't eat and I'm miserable because I'm not sure what to do to satisfy this "hunger." I've also had MS about 3-4 times a week. Anyone else feel this way? Anyone have any advice??
