first tri screening

Hi!  I am just five weeks along with my third... but it has been five years since I have been pg.  Back then, I was just offered the quad screen for my first trimester screening.  I am wondering if they do anything new and improved now a days.  I am 35 now, and my husband had a year of chemo in 2010-2011 (his doc said it was fine for us to start trying after he had been off for one year, but that after chemo there is a slightly higher risk of abnormalities).  I want to try to get the latest in first tri screening but I don't even really know what to ask for.  I have my nurses appointment in a week and see the doc in three weeks.
