Just found out

My period was due yesterday and we had a bay party at a bar to go to so I just randomly took a pregnamcy test and it came out positive , lmp was 8-7-12 ( we started to try for the 1st time), i was so shocked it was positive we r very excited I called my ob/gyn and she said I'm prob 4 weeks along and she told me to make an appt when am approx 8 weeks along and to call if any thing happens or if I have questions before then. I asked if I needed blood drawn before then and she said no Im young and healthy. Does that sound right? Thanks!
