1st Trimester

Morning Sickness

I've been nauseous every morning and evening since 10/11dpo. I haven't vomited or come close to it, but it's still an uncomfortable feeling. Crackers and ginger ale seem to be working, but if i continue to eat crackers every morning, people at work are bound to figure out i'm pregnant. Also, there is so much sugar in ginger ale, that i'd like to avoid it. Anybody here have any tips/ideas/suggestions? Anybody have anything that worked for them?
