Low Level Question

Hello I am 3 weeks and 2 days. When I went to the doctors last Wednesday my levels were only 9 so the doctor asked me to come back in 48 so I did. My levels went up to 18 he said that is still low but atleast they went up and said to come back in a week. Well today was a week and they did indeed go up but they only went up to 52 he said they are not were they need to be but alteast they went up again and told me to come back in another week(next Friday).

 My question is did anyone else have low levels around like what Im at and still is doing good and still pregnant?
