Morning Sickness

So far I have only just experienced nausea. Nothing too bad and I havent been feel sick for a couple days. Until this morning. I was getting ready for clinicals I'm a nursing student and all of a sudden I started feeling so hot and sick to my stomach. I could not get my jacket off quick enough to cool myself down. I had to run to the bathroom and threw up. I have yet to throw up or even feel like that before. Has anyone else gotten that overheated feeling just immediately before getting sick.

I think it could have been from taking my prenatal on an empty stomach, but it has never bothered me before. TMI Thankfully I only threw up water and not my prenatal.
