Symptoms came and went

Hi- new to the board... I had two losses one at 10 weeks last year and one at 9 weeks in Feb. We found out we are pregnant again. Im 7 weeks today. I am trying not to freak out, but I was very nauseous last week and a little one night this week, but that's it. I feel like my symptoms are disappearing! We have an u/s scheduled for next Thursday but I think I might drive myself crazy waiting until then.

I know all pregnancies are different, but has anyone else experienced bad symptoms and then they were gone?

I want to call my doctor, but I swear they have Crazy Lady written at the top of my chart!
