bleeding but HCG & Ultrasound good.

Been bleeding for 4 days.  Started Sat. and it was light and brown, but yesterday and today it has been heavier.  I feel like I'm having my period today.  Been keeping in touch with the nurse and she had me come in today for an ultrasound and HCG blood test.  Everything looks good.  I'm about 5-6 weeks along.  But after the ultrasound...maybe 2-3 hrs it feels like my bleeding has increased.  I've heard of people miscarrying a twin, of people having a "period" throughout their pregnancy.  I am trying to keep faith.  I don't go back in until next week..9 days for more blood work and 10 days for another ultrasound.  Not sure what to think.  Been cramping some to, and the dr. knows all of this.  It's just gotten worse since I left the office.  

 Any input would be helpful.  Very Nervous, but still praying.
