Heart palpatations?

I usually have random funny heart palpatations, but I have been getting them everyday for about a week. It feels like my heart pauses for a second, almost skipping a beat then has two more beats very quickly, almost as if catching up.

I get them sometimes when I'm not pregnant, but now they seem constant and happen several times a minute. Should I be worried?
