1st Trimester

Exercise

Anyone else been exercising? I want to make sure my body is healthy throughout this whole experience. I have been walking 30-40 minutes daily but have avoided weights. I have done a lot of research and see that weight training is perfectly fine if you lower your weight amount and add reps. I would love to start a routine outside of my walking. Does anyone have a set routine that they do on a weekly basis that they would like to share?
