Im sorry I have to vent

I planned a birthday party for my DS(1) and my nephew(3). I told my ex a month ago so that he would have plenty of noticed and even reminded him later on. I also said that he could invite his family, thinking that they would come.

The party came and none of them showed up. My ex text me over an hour after the start of the party and said he wasn't going to make it because he got called into work. It's a volunteer job.

I think what really pissed me off is he complains that he doesn't see DS enough, but doesn't show up for his birthday.

Men....enough said, right?
