Still worried

Hi Guys

So I'm still worried about a miscarriage...my nausea is dramatically better in the last few days and my appetite has returned. I still have tender breasts and no bleeding or cramping. And as my cold improves but the cough lingers I have had the fun of peeing unexpectedly. I guess the sudden decrease in nausea is worrying me and I just wondered if anyone had their ms wear off as early as 10 weeks but continued in a healthy pregnancy?
