Abdominal cramps....

So for the past 2 days I have had some bad abdominal craps. Not constant and not all the time. But I have also had diarrhea. I called the OB yesterday and the nurse said that it is probably just a GI bug and just to make sure I stay hydrated. I have my first appt this afternoon and considering that I have already had a mescarriage in the past I have already been anxious and these cramps have not helped. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
