I just started my 7th week and pretty much nothing is appetizing to me. I tried plain yogurt for breakfast this morning before getting ready for work and ended up puking it up all over my shower
I can't stomach the thought of saltines first thing in the morning- just looking at them on the bedside is enough to make me sick. Is there an alternative to saltines that I can eat before I get out of bed? Has anyone tried toast? I'm sure my DH would make me some before I got up. Any suggestions? Does tea help?
