Finding a nanny?

Yes, yes. I'm giving birth this week.  And am -woefully- behind.  But just wondering if any of you have tips/recommendations on this topic??? I've found/looked at some online resources, but am a nervous wreck.... not to mention we're far from rich... any guidance/suggestions re: finding a nanny/nanny share from PAIF friends who've been there/are there would be most appreciated.  Clearly this is my "oh crap I'm having these kids" freak out mode in action.
