Factor XI Deficiency

I just learned today that I have factor XI Deficiency. Apparently it is a blood clotting disorder. Now I need to see a genetic counselor and hemotologist. I have never had issues in my whole life and it was just a fluke that I got tested for it. Anyone know anything about this or have it or been through a successful pregnancy with it? My doctor said it isn't an issue with miscarrying but more something he is concerned about when giving birth. But I am just freaked out and want to get more information before my appointment with a specialist. Any advice or positive thoughts would be appreciated for this nervous first time mommy!
