Way too much TMI, but should i worry?

Yesterday I spent the better part of an hour in the bathroom getting sick from both ends. (sorry for the TMI). Its not morning sickness, my DH determined I likely ate too many carrots. Weird right?

Anyway, I dont think that anything is wrong, but im almost 2 lbs down, and am hoping that the stress of yesterday didnt affect anything. Anyone else get food poisoning or something similar? How long did it take for you to feel like yourself again?

I have an OB appt tomorrow, but should i call?
