Gestational Diabetes.

Any husbands/Boyfriends out there who have a partner dealing with GD?  My wife was just diagnosed with it last week, and while the baby is fine, she is feeling guilty about this in terms of "damage" to our boy.  There is nothing wrong with the baby, but it does not keep tihs guilt away.

She started the nutritional classes and she is monitoring her blood 4 times a day now.  She is serious about it, which is good, and I am going to do whatever I can to support her.

Any other soon to be dads going through this?  What are your thoughts on it??
