A little worried?

I'm just trying to figure out if I should be worried at all. I am 8 weeks pp. I bled until I was about 5 1/2 weeks stopped and then the next day I started bleeding heavy like I had started my period. It lasted about a week with no pain. No cramping or moodiness. Two days ago I started bleeding again about the same as a period. So I had like a week in between. No pain this time as well. I'm not sure if this is normal(I don't think it is)? My mom thinks I should go to the doctor but I don't want to pay to go if it's nothing really. I don't have a regular doctor who I can call because I had a midwife. 

Do you think I should be concerned or go to the doctor? Has this happened to anyone?
