Chronic Shoulder Impingement (Rotator Cuff Injury) and Caring for Baby
Hello Friends,
My husband and I recently found out that I have premature ovarian failure and I don't have time to waste in TTC.
We were originally planning on waiting until next Spring to start trying. I was going to have rotator cuff surgery in December.
What my question is do any of you have any shoulder joint injuries and how to care for and work with your limited shoulder abilities while caring for baby?
