We are introducing rice cereal for the first time tonight to my DS who is 4 months old. He is dealing with acid reflux & got the ok from the dr. Is it best to mix in with his bottle of breastmilk (i pump) or on a spoon? IF a spoon - do you mix with breastmilk or water first? Thanks!!
