Heated breastmilk

Once you have thawed and warmed bm in a bottle warmer how long can you use it? I have been having some thoughts that DS isn't getting enough so I heated a bottle of pumped milk but then he didn't take it. Can I leave it room temp and then use it the next feed? Less then 4 hours later. 

 

As for the supply issue. I have been feeding DS every 2 hours as he gets super fussy. I think he is having a ggrowth spurt. My brests don't get firm in between feedings anymore. DS is swallowing and has milk on his face. But I'm not sure he is getting enough.
