Nervous from past preg

June 2012 in 1st Trimester

About a year ago, I took a HPT after my period was a few days late. It came back positive, but then I started my period a couple of days later. I am now 5 weeks and SO nervous that the same thing will happen again. I check the toilet paper every time and I am really trying to stop stressing since I know it's bad for the little one. Any suggestions!?
