Talk me through introducing a bottle

DH wants DD to learn how to take a bottle, and even though I'm kind of...  I don't know... about it, it's not for sure that I will stay home with her come September, so I know she needs to get used to it.  So talk me through what I need to do.

I don't want to spend the $$$ on an electric pump yet.  I have a crappy (looking) hand pump that came in the Medela parts kit I got from the hospital when DD was admitted for jaundice.  Should I use that, or does the Harmony work better?

How long do I need to pump for, at each session?  I plan to pump once the day before we introduce the bottle, then after that, pump to replace the feed & save that milk for the next bottle.

How much do I give her in the bottle for a full feeding?

How often should we give her a bottle?

What else do I need to know?  For some reason I am really anxious about this, but DD is 5.5 weeks old, I know I can't put it off forever.  Thanks!
