How often does your 8-9 month old eat/breastfeed?

My son is 8.5 months old.  He eats a good breakfast (oatmeal, fruit & a little breastmilk).  He also eats dinner (vegetable), but rarely even has a full ounce.  Other that that, he is EBF.  He is breastfeeding about 5 times a day.  Is this normal?  He's been very slow with the solids, but seems to have cut back on his breastfeeding anyway.  He's in the 75% for weight, so I'm not concerned about size...just curious to see what other babies his age are doing.  Thanks!
