This is my first pregnancy, and we are so excited! The baby is due January 2013.
I have been trying to drink water to stay hydrated, but I think I'm on water-overload -- it's just not even tasting good right now! My appetite has been horrible, I have to force myself to eat. Any suggestions for other beverages that are yummy but still give me the nutrients and liquids I need? Or, what are some good ways to flavor water to make it tasty?
