EBF Poop!

Hi ladies,

I'm not sure if this is the right spot to ask my question, but I'm hoping you can help. Ds is 4 months old and EBF. Last month he got his first cold and around the same time his poop changed from the typical pumpkin-coloured, runny (but still with some substance) to horrible green (from dark green like cooked spinach, to light green like honeydew melon). It is very runny, like pure liquid, and foamy when it comes out (yes, I've seen it in action!). He seems to be working very hard to pass these stools, and is quite gassy in general now. Also they smell, like rotting seaweed or fish that is off...  

Our doctor seemed to think it was normal...  I don't. Looking online, it seems like it could be a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance. If you've experienced that, does this sound like it? What is the best way to fix this?
