Induced lactation/adoptive breastfeeding/EPing

I am inducing lactation for our surrobaby due at the end of November. I am going to be starting pumping September 10th which is a bit earlier then the 6-8 weeks they recommend but we are estimating an early arrival with this baby. 

Just curious if anyone else has done this?

Also, EPers, any advice? I will be tied to the pump for about 2.5-3months before baby is here and possibly after too. I could use advice/support
