My LO is 5 days old and my milk came in yesterday. I am engorged and it is quite uncomfortable but tollerible, the problem is that since my milk came in LO screams at every feeding. She refuses to latch or tries and then lets go and screams, this can last for and hour or more. I think I might have a forcefull let down, when trying to feed I leak milk everywhere, not a stream, just a steady drip. What can I do to help LO latch on and eat again without all the drama?
